As the 1910 U.S. Federal Census shows Francis with his father Paul, and the 1920 U.S. Federal Census shows an immigration date of 1898 for his father Paul, with Francis also living in Lewiston, ME, at that time, the Canadian census data would indicate that Frank had been sent back to live with or visit his grandparents for a time.
