    The 1901 Ontario Canada Census shows Francis living with his grandparents and lists a birth date of 6 Jun 1900 and the birthplace as U.S. (urban). As the 1910 U.S. Federal Census shows Francis with his father Paul, and the 1920 U.S. Federal Census shows an immigration date of 1898 for his father Paul, with Francis also living in Lewiston, ME, at that time, the Canadian census data would indicate that Frank had been sent back to live with or visit his grandparents for a time. Date of birth used is that listed by Frank on his Social Security application and the Record of Birth for Maine, which lists him as the 4th child.
