Notes:

Translation:
His widow Thérèse Filiatrault, re-married to André Sauvé of Ste-Scholastique, claims to the Commission to have lost 77 sterling pounds (worth $308 in 1840) for her property burned by the troops. The commisioners rejected the part of her demands regarding her personal effects because her husband took part in the rebellion, therefore she had no right for indemnities, but they agreed that she had the right, because of her wedding contract, to half of the losses of real belongings. The name of Louis doesn't appear on the Monument to the Patriots.
